Shipping & Returns

Our mission is to bring comfort to children and families in their time of need and to promote a message of peace and kindness.

Our customers are important to us. You are integral to our mission and so we’d like to ensure that you are happy with the product you have received. We will be happy to process a refund for your purchase but are unable to process exchanges at this time.

Please note that Items you are returning need to be unwashed and with the original tags/packaging. If you purchased a product as part of a gift set, the entire gift set must be returned. Specific promotional items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. All returns requests need to be within 30 days of when the original order was received. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Feel free to contact customer service at customerservice@pajamasforpeace.com with further questions or inquiries.

Requesting a refund with an account:

  • Log into your customer account
  • Go to "my orders" 
  • Click "view order" for the order you wish to request
  • Click "returns" 
  • Fill out the information for returns
  • Click "submit"

Returning a product within 30 days of purchase? (Receive a full refund)

Follow these steps:

  1. Ensure product is unwashed and with original tags/packaging
  2. Upon receiving your request for refund, we will send you a free return label via email
  3. 3) Item is shipped back with label (provided via email) and packing slip
  4. Mail to address below:

  5. 4) Upon receipt of your return we will process your refund to the card associated with your purchase or we'd be happy to offer store credit.

Returning a product after 30 days of Purchase? (Receive store credit)

Follow these steps:

  1. Ensure product is unwashed and with original tags/packaging
  2. Item is shipped back with label or packing slip
  3. Mail to address below:

  4. Upon receipt of your return we will process your refund and we'd be happy to offer store credit.

Requesting a Refund for gifts:

  • • Receive your item(s) as a gift? Let us help, click Orders and Returns to get started To view the status of your return, login to your Pajamas for Peace shopping account. If you have checked out as a guest, click Orders and Returns and enter Order ID, billing last name and either billing email or billing zip code to view your order or return status.

Returns

  1. Follow steps above (for Requesting a Refund)
  2. Upon receiving your request for refund, we will send you a free return label via email
  3. Ship your return using the carrier of your choice (insured) to the following address:

    Please include the following in your return package : Packing slip

  4. You will receive a confirmation message, when the return request has been processed.
